| The Benton New Life Church of God, Inc. has been advised by our insurance company that we must have a formal “Sexual Misconduct Policy.” This policy has been approved by the Incorporation Officers of Benton New Life Church of God, Inc. The policy will be filed with the Illinois Church of God Executive Offices and the insurance company.
Our Church is REQUIRED to:
- Provide a copy of the Policy to each person who works with those younger than 18 years.
- Have each such person sign a statement that they have received a copy of the Policy, have read it, and agreed to abide by the terms of the Policy.
- Conduct background screenings on all such persons.
